Useable tools.  From Zillow to Trulia there are many online tools to assist you in locating your home but most of these sites do not provide “real time” information and you could miss a really “good deal” when it comes on the market.  We work with you to customize a search criteria that we enter into our local Realtor search engine.  Each evening it scans all new and reduced listing looking for matches that it then places in a private “listing cart” for you to preview at your leisure.  This does all of the work for you!!
